09/26/07- I was going through my gallery to clean it up, deleting some stuff I no longer wanted. This piece was one I really liked the concept of, and I'm reuploading because I wanted to try and get it a little more attention.

I had this great idea for what to say about this piece, but it came to me before I fell asleep one night, and now I can't remember it.
The idea behind this was that the girl is locked away in a dungeon, dreaming of how she wishes her life were. She wants to grow, so the ivy grows. She wants to fly away, so she develops wings. She wants to live with the stars, but the clouds of her emotions are fogging her vision. What she doesn't realize is that the dungeon is just her perception of her life; she is not really chained to a wall. If she could only open her eyes and see...

Nice story to go with this one, so many people go through their lives thinking they are chained, but that's ofter the way society and those around us want us to think!
